Motivate
Follow-up consultations are available to clients after the initial deep health analysis. Normally I recommend 3 follow-up sessions to allow enough time for the body to adapt to new changes, but this can vary between individuals.
Integrative Nutritionist (ANutr), GAPS Practitioner and Ballymaloe trained chef based in Bath, UK. After being diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma at the ages of 10, 12, 16 and 26, my quest to reclaim my own health has evolved into a deep desire to support others to unlock true health and feel like themselves again. I have a special interest in gut and hormone health, sleep optimisation and circadian health and helping people identify easy adjustments so they can thrive.
